A Brief History of Cambridge Skateboarding is a new book that that brings to life the stories and memories of the last 50 years of skateboarding within the city of Cambridge. This is a grassroots story, with the narrative following the peaks and troughs that defined the story of UK skateboarding as a whole.

Whether it’s the 1978 East Anglian Skateboarding Championships, back garden vert ramps of the 80s, or street skating some of the iconic Cambridge University architecture, the photos in this book help to join the dots and bridge the gap between generations of skateboarders that have come and gone.

Anyone with an interest in skateboarding culture will find this book interesting, with 176 full colour pages bringing to life the history of the Cambridge scene. This is an A4 hardback book. There is a limited run of 250 copies being made.

* Please note - This is a non-profit project with the price of the book simply covering costs of production.
